By accessing or using the website thraxxtrades.com ("Website") and any services, programs, or products offered by Christopher Creamer ("Thraxx Trades," "we," "us," or "our"), including the Thraxx Mentorship Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Website or services.

Thraxx Trades provides educational content and mentorship services related to futures trading, orderflow analysis, and prop firm trading strategies. Our services are educational in nature and are not financial advice, investment advice, or trading signals. All content is for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing on this Website or within our programs constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We do not recommend or endorse any specific trades, securities, or investment strategies. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You may lose some, all, or more than your initial investment. Past performance, including any results shown on this Website or in our marketing materials, is not indicative of future results. The testimonials and case studies shown represent individual experiences and are not typical results. Your results will vary based on market conditions, your skill level, discipline, time commitment, and numerous other factors.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By purchasing our programs, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

Upon enrollment and payment, you will receive access to the Thraxx Mentorship Program as described at the time of purchase. Access to program materials, community channels, and mentorship sessions is provided for the duration specified in your enrollment agreement. Program materials are delivered through Whop, Notion, and Discord. It is your responsibility to maintain access to these platforms and to keep your login credentials secure.

All prices are quoted in US dollars and processed through Whop. Where a payment plan is selected, you are responsible for the full contract value regardless of program participation or completion. Payment plan installments are due on the schedule agreed at the time of enrollment. Failure to complete a scheduled payment may result in suspension of program access until the account is brought current. A payment plan is not a subscription and cannot be cancelled mid-term.

You may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of your enrollment date. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@thraxxtrades.com within that window. After fourteen (14) days, all payments are non-refundable, including remaining payment plan installments, which remain due in full. Termination of access for violation of these Terms does not entitle you to a refund.

Any performance guarantee offered at the time of enrollment is conditional on full program participation as defined in your enrollment agreement, including attendance, submission of required reports, and adherence to the risk and process rules taught in the program. The guarantee is fulfilled through continued mentorship, not through a cash payment, unless expressly stated otherwise in your enrollment agreement. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute voids any guarantee.

All content within the Thraxx Mentorship Program — including video lessons, written materials, frameworks, templates, community discussions, and the ARM methodology — is the exclusive intellectual property of Christopher Creamer and Thraxx Trades. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or publicly display any program materials without express written permission. Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of program access without refund.

Participants in the Thraxx Mentorship Program agree to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully in all community channels (Discord, WhatsApp, group calls). Harassment, hate speech, spam, sharing of paid program content with non-members, or any behavior deemed disruptive by Thraxx Trades may result in removal from the program without refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Christopher Creamer and Thraxx Trades shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or other intangible losses arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Christopher Creamer, Thraxx Trades, and any affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your trading activities, or your violation of these Terms.

Our program utilizes third-party platforms including but not limited to Whop (payments and content delivery), Discord (community), WhatsApp (communication), Wistia (video hosting), Typeform (applications), Calendly (scheduling), and Notion (student portal). We are not responsible for the terms, privacy practices, or availability of these third-party services.

By providing your phone number to Thraxx Trades through any form, application, or communication channel, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from us at that number, including messages sent via automated technology, for purposes including but not limited to: appointment confirmations, program updates, marketing communications, and conversational outreach from our team.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. We are not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier as a result of SMS messages sent or received.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may reply HELP for support. Following your opt-out, we may send one final confirmation message acknowledging your request.

We reserve the right to terminate SMS communications with any user at any time, with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms or abuse of our messaging system.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of California.
